Resume Rewrite
The cornerstone in the T & JAM Resume rewrite process is the CAQ (customized assessment questionnaire). T & JAM customizes an assessment questionnaire for each and every client. This comprehensive survey is designed to make clients think about their jobs, skills and accomplishments in ways they may not have thought of before. Once clients receive the questionnaire, they have the choice of filling it out completely or using it to prepare for an in-person or over-the-phone interview with Jane. Within two weeks, T & JAM delivers a draft in Word format for client review. Final draft is delivered in Word and .pdf format.

Throughout the review process, Jane collaborates very closely with clients, answering questions, reviewing options and providing informed, professional opinions. All the while, she is sure to respect clients' wishes.

Total Cost: $500 - $1000 - individual costs will be estimated upon consultation.

Resume Edits
If T & JAM feels your resume does not need a complete rewrite, but does need editing, we will line-edit your resume in Word. This service does NOT incorporate any in-person or on-the-phone consultation. T & JAM simply needs to know what type of jobs you will be pursuing next and then we will red-line your resume, suggesting appropriate changes and asking leading questions for you to fill in gaps. This fee is for a ONE-TIME edit. We will not re-review the resume once you input the suggested changes.

Social Media Profile Updates
With recruiters and hiring managers scouring LinkedIn and the other social networking sites, it’s imperative that your professional profiles be up-to-date and impactful. Jane will write and upload your social networking profile focusing in on the items most important to those hiring.

Web Portfolio
If you are a writer with clips to showcase, chances are you need a Website. T & Jam can create one for you that is simple, elegant and professional. All you have to do is pick from one of our four templates (showcased below), and we will consult with you to create an affordable Web site where you can upload your clips, link to articles, create your own blog and showcase your accomplishments to a potential employer.

Cost: $1500,* plus monthly hosting fee ($8 - $14/month, paid directly to Web host service) (*Includes up to 15 clips/articles. Price is subject to change based on customization requests and more than 15 clips.)

Executive Bios
High-level executives need a bio in addition to a resume. T & JAM will consult with clients via telephone and e-mail to get all the information needed to create a professional bio for executives on the move.

Cover Letters
Cover letters can be crafted for individual advertised jobs or for generic use. T & JAM works with clients to create a cover letter template that could work, with modification, for multiple jobs. All cover letters must be individualized, but T & JAM's customized templates are an effective way for clients to plug in appropriate information for targeted job applications.
